There was a time when we too were just searching for something to hold on to.
When we were exhausted. When our bodies started sending signals, but we didn't quite know how to listen. When being a woman was wonderful — but also too much at the same time. The stress, our cycles, PMS, the suspicion of endometriosis and PCOS, the changes in our bodies, the pressure to perform despite all of it — it buried us.
Then came the moment when we said — enough of this!
We didn't want to change ourselves. We just wanted to feel good in our own bodies.
We became curious about what actually happens in a woman's body and nervous system — in our own bodies. What truly helps — not just short-term, but long-term too. What calms the nervous system, what brings safety to birth, what helps you get back on your feet and reclaim your strength. Gently, without force.
Movement, touch, slowing down and knowledge — small things that, back then, only supported us.
